My stay at this Hyatt was superb. At no fault to the Hyatt, I got food poisoning. While I was in Kuwait. The hotel took care of me. They sent people to my room to bring me medication I had requested from a local pharmacy, and they called to check up on me. I've never had a hotel do this. They went well above and beyond what was expected. Anytime I am back in Kuwait, I will be staying at this Hyatt.

I stayed with my wife and kids for one night, booked a suit , very nice rooms, facilities and staff specially chief cook Siju , Sagar from the breakfast buffet. The rooftop swimming pool was amazing with very considerable and friendly staff, especially Nieranjan ....many thanks to Ismail in the front desk for very smooth check in ....definitely coming again , happy friendly staff all over the place
